Tokyo stocks fall ahead of U.S. Fed policy statement.


TOKYO, Nov. 4 Kyodo

Tokyo stocks opened lower Wednesday after a mixed performance on Wall Street, with investors cautiously awaiting the results of a two-day U.S. Federal Open Market Committee meeting.
