To the readers of Black Enterprise:

As Mayor of Atlanta, I am pleased that Black Enterprise Magazine has chosen to showcase the "Face of Atlanta."

Since the election of Maynard Holbrook Jackson George Holbrook Jackson (1874 - 1948) was a British journalist, writer and publisher. He was recognised as one of the leading bibliophiles of his time.

He was born in Liverpool, England. He worked as a clerk, while freelancing as a writer.
