Before browsing See browse.  the listings, you might want to check out Jennifer de Poyen's article on dancers who found work at auditions held during last year's International Association of Blacks in Dance conference. As her story makes clear, auditions are only one way to get seen. Taking classes and workshops with companies that you'd like to join, and showing artistic directors that you're really interested in their companies, seems to lead to work as often as great auditions do.
