Tizor Expands Advisory Board, Notable Industry Veterans to Guide Development of the First Data Server Auditing Solution.

MAYNARD, Mass. -- Tizor, which recently announced it is developing the industry's first comprehensive data server auditing solution for compliance auditing and information and identity theft protection, today announced it has named Charles Stuckey, Chairman of RSA Security (NASDAQ: RSAS) and Rajeev Motwani, a professor of computer science at Stanford University, to its Advisory Board. Mr. Stuckey and Dr. Motwani bring considerable experience in networking, security, software and systems management to their roles at Tizor, and will leverage their business technology experience to help shape the company's vision and further the development of this new class of compliance and security products for business activity assurance.

Mr. Stuckey has held several high-level executive positions throughout his prominent career. He most recently served as Chairman and CEO of RSA Security, where he built the Company into a global leader in e-security with over one quarter billion dollars in revenue and more than 1,000 employees. In addition to his role as a director at RSA Security, Mr. Stuckey serves as a director at Matrix One (NASDAQ:MONE), a leading provider of collaborative product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions for the value chain(TM); director of the Massachusetts Telecom Council (MTC), where he previously served as its Chairman; and, director and Chairman of the Boston Common Angels. He also currently serves as director of two private companies, TimeTrade Systems and Adesso Systems, and is a director of the Ohio University Foundation and a member of the Russ College of Engineering Board of Visitors at Ohio University.
