Title company announces expansion.The Judicial Title Insurance Agency LLC will relocate its headquarters to one of Westchester County's most prestigious office centers, 800 Westchester Avenue in Rye Brook, said Richard Giliotti, president and chief operating officer. At the same time, Judicial, the largest title agency on the East Coast, will be increasing the size of its home office by 50%. Judicial will occupy 15,000 s/f on the third floor of the white-domed corporate landmark, which was originally designed as General Foods' worldwide headquarters and later served as the home of the Philip Morris unit of Altria. Judicial Title has been based at its current address, 550 Mamaroneck Mamaroneck (məmăr`ənĕk), residential village (1990 pop. 17,325), Westchester co., SE N.Y., a suburb of New York City, on Long Island Sound; settled 1661, inc. 1895. Initially a farming community, Mamaroneck is a boating center with an excellent marina. There is some light maufacturing in addition to office and corporate activity. Avenue in Harrison, since 1993.
