Title company announces expansion.

The Judicial Title Insurance Agency LLC will relocate its headquarters to one of Westchester County's most prestigious office centers, 800 Westchester Avenue in Rye Brook, said Richard Giliotti, president and chief operating officer.

At the same time, Judicial, the largest title agency on the East Coast, will be increasing the size of its home office by 50%. Judicial will occupy 15,000 s/f on the third floor of the white-domed corporate landmark, which was originally designed as General Foods' worldwide headquarters and later served as the home of the Philip Morris unit of Altria. Judicial Title has been based at its current address, 550 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, since 1993. Giliotti noteed, "As the expiration of our current lease approached, we decided to take the opportunity for prudent expansion in one of the region's most visually absorbing and technologically sophisticated office buildings.

The firm will occupy its new headquarters until summer of 2018. Judicial Title was represented by Craig Ruoff of Rakow Commercial Realty Group. The building is owned by RPW Group.
