Among them is new ThermaClearTi 842 for hot-filled juices and sports drinks sports drink Performance drink Sports medicine A thirst-quenching beverage used in sports-related activities, which may boost energy and/or help build muscle mass; water, sugar, salt, potassium are common to all SDs. See Hydrotherapy, Water. . This heat-setting resin is said to withstand 5[degrees] to 10[degrees] F hotter filling than previous grades. Also new is PermaClearTi 818 for carbonated soft drink and water bottles. It reportedly allows molding preforms at 20[degrees] F lower melt temperature and 5% to 10% faster. This is said to save energy and achieve 1 to 2 ppm lower acetaldehyde levels, particularly desirable for water bottles. Tel: (732) 212-3300 * www.wellmaninc.com [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] |
