Tire recycler prepares to start operation in New York.

Crumb Rubber Manufacturers Inc. (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ), a Los Angeles-based company that also has operations in Arizona, opened its $6-million facility in Colonie, N.Y., on Aug. 29.

According to the report, CRM has received financial assistance from local utility National Grid to help pay for electrical upgrades.

The facility will install three manufacturing lines, each capable of processing 30 million pounds of crumb rubber per year, according to the report.
