Tinnerman Palnut Engineered Products, INC Hires New Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

BRUNSWICK, Ohio -- Tinnerman Palnut Engineered Products, INC announced that Jeff Steiner has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer effective September 5, 2006. Mr. Steiner will be located at the Tinnerman Palnut, Southfield, Michigan, sales facility. Mr. Steiner succeeds Bob Windsor who has recently retired from Tinnerman Palnut.

Mr. Steiner comes to Tinnerman Palnut Engineered Products with extensive executive sales and marketing experience and demonstrated success in achieving business goals and driving growth. Mr. Steiner holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a MBA from Michigan State University.

Immediately before joining Tinnerman Palnut, Mr. Steiner was Executive Vice President for American Specialty Cars (ASC) a designer, developer, and manufacturer of high-end specialty vehicles. Under his leadership at ASC, Jeff led the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, the repositioning of ASC in the marketplace, and energized a renewed focus on new program acquisition resulting in a 30% growth in new business within the first 18 months. Prior to that Jeff held a number of progressively responsible executive positions within Johnson Controls, Inc.
