Patrick Haight & Keith Robbins Professor Keith Gilbert Robbins (1940–) is a historian and former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Wales, Lampeter. Born April 9, 1940 Robbins was educated at Bristol Grammar School, and Magdalen and St Antony’s Colleges, Oxford.
