Tina McElroy Ansa.


Tina McElroy Ansa, novelist and founder of the Sea Islands Writers' Retreats, won the 2005 the Stanley W. Lindberg Award for literary contributions to Georgia. Ansa will also be a featured speaker at the Sixth Biennial biennial, plant requiring two years to complete its life cycle, as distinguished from an annual or a perennial. In the first year a biennial usually produces a rosette of leaves (e.g., the cabbage) and a fleshy root, which acts as a food reserve over the winter.  Southern Women Writers Conference, Berry College Berry College is an accredited, private, four-year liberal arts college located in Mount Berry, Georgia, USA, in Floyd County just north of Rome, Georgia.
