Timothy Donohue and Kevin McCarthy, senior associates of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office, were named as top "Male Executives of Westchester" by the Westchester County Business Journal.
* Mr. Donohue has serviced a number of prestigious clients, including Goldman Sachs, HSBC Corporation, IBM, Ameriprise Financial, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Integrated Medical Professionals and Security 1031 Services. Mr. Donohue is involved in a diverse group of community-oriented activities including his role educating teens about business at BOCES in Yorktown and inner-city children through the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Inc. In addition, he coaches for the White Plains Recreational Department, heads various committees for the Rotary Club, volunteers for The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick at Blythedale Children's Hospital and is vice president of the Villanova University's Westchester/Fairfield Alumni Association.
* Mr. McCarthy's tenant roster has included Goldman Sachs, Bearing Point, MeadWestvaco, Metlife, Deutsche Bank and Jackson Lewis.
