Timeline, Inc. Appoints Terry Harvey as Outside Director.

Timeline Inc., (OTCBB:TMLN) a leading developer of Excel based Financial Reporting and Budgeting solutions, today announced that Terry Harvey, a British venture capitalist, has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors. Timeline's Board now has a total of five directors.

Terry Harvey founded Harvey Consultants, a UK based consulting firm specializing in IBM systems utilizing relational databases, structured techniques and fourth generation languages, following his departure from Software AG (Frankfurt:SOWG.F) in 1989. Under his leadership, Harvey Consultants grew into a $30+ million enterprise, achieving a better than 100% growth rate from 1992 to 1999. In 1996, he sold the company to The Olsten Corporation, one of the largest staffing agencies in the United States, where he remained as Managing Director until 1999. Harvey's career spans over 20 years in data processing and information technology industry, starting as an operator in the IBM 370 environment in the early 1970's to his present position as a highly respected technical consultant and venture capital investor.
