Among the 18 titles, including 16 Time4 Media titles and two parenting consumer magazines, sold by Time Inc. to Bonnier Magazine Group (Stockholm) division World Publications (Winter Park, FL) are two B2B (Business to Business) Refers to one business communicating with or selling to another. Time Inc. purchased the Time4 Media properties from Times Mirror in December 2000 for $475 million. The current sale price is estimated at $225-235 million, below the $300 million Time Inc. originally expected to receive from the sale of the properties.
