Time to restructure food aid, distribution.


I am in total agreement with food aid advocates who call for a "restructuring" of food aid and distribution. Your June/July edition of The Nation's Health showed a sad photo of hungry Cairo residents competing for limited available bread.

In the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  too, food is getting very expensive, and may soon be out of the reach of our poor. The battle against global warming global warming, the gradual increase of the temperature of the earth's lower atmosphere as a result of the increase in greenhouse gases since the Industrial Revolution.  and unexpected and unplanned sequelae sequelae Clinical medicine The consequences of a particular condition or therapeutic intervention  has put enormous pressures on the poor.

, there has occurred the greatest transfer of wealth in the history of the world between oil-importing to oil-exporting countries. The majority of oil-exporting countries are composed of oligarchies, monarchies, despots and some democracies. The United States has donated billions of dollars over the years to such countries. It is time to restructure food aid and distribution so that they can transfer aid and charity aid to their own starving people.
