FOUNDATION FUND through a donation to the FOUNDATION FUND in an
individual's name.
Designating a Fellow is easy. Simply send a contribution of $1,000 or more, along with a completed MTNA Fellow Information Form to MTNA. The form is available on the FOUNDATION website at www.mtnafoundation.org See .org. (networking) org - The top-level domain for organisations or individuals that don't fit any other top-level domain (national, com, edu, or gov). Though many have .org domains, it was never intended to be limited to non-profit organisations. RFC 1591. or by contacting national headquarters at (888) 512-5278. The funds may come from one individual's donation or from a group of persons wishing to confer this special honor upon a colleague. Please note that the Fellow distinction may not be established in the contributor's own name. This is an honor bestowed by peers. Each year new MTNA Fellows are recognized at the MTNA national conference. Also, new Fellows are recognized in American Music Teacher magazine, and their names will appear on a plaque plaque (plak) 1. any patch or flat area. 2. a superficial, solid, elevated skin lesion. attachment plaques located at the MTNA national headquarters. A press release will be sent to media outlets selected by the Fellow. In the event that a Fellow is unable to attend the conference, the local association and/or state affiliate will be encouraged to recognize the Fellow.
