Time Warner Center gaining Landmarc.


The highly successful TriBeCa bistro, Landmarc, has leased 10,630 s/f on the third floor at The Restaurant and Bar Collection of the Time Warner Center The Time Warner Center is a mixed-use skyscraper developed by The Related Companies in New York City. Its design, by David Childs and Mustafa Kemal Abadan of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, consists of two 229 m (750 ft) towers bridged by a multi-story atrium containing upscale retail  in a high profile leasing transaction brokered by Alan Victor, executive vice president, and Tom Duke, managing director, of The Lansco Corporation.

Peter Peterson, senior asset manager at Related Urban Development, represented Time Warner Center, where asking rent is $200 a square foot on the upper floors. The restaurant has plans to open in early 2007 after a build out by the internationally regarded Clodagh Design.

Chef Marc Murphy

    Marc is the son of John Murphy, who is a Hall-of-Famer and legend of the Fitzroy Football Club.
     and Pamela Schein Murphy founded Landmarc in 2004 in TriBeCa. The restaurant serves contemporary bistro fare.
