Time Equities, Inc has been in the real estate investment business for over 30 years. Throughout this period, it has pioneered new neighborhoods throughout the city, looking to develop in areas that were largely overlooked. In course of this expansion, Time Equities has always considered the impact its developments would have on the neighborhood and has sought to implement community sensitive designs. Time Equities has been so successful at this that has developed a reputation for balancing profit with the needs of the community. The residents in Tudor City were so outraged by Helmsley's development plans for the park that at one point they placed themselves in front of Helmsley's bulldozers to protest.
