Tigerpaw Software announces alliance with Toshiba Digital Solutions Division to sell the Tigerpaw business suite.


Tigerpaw Software, a provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ) solutions for small and mid-size businesses, announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., Digital Solutions Division (Toshiba DSD (Direct Stream Digital) See SACD. ) to sell Tigerpaw Business Suite to their authorized au·thor·ize

 dealers. Under the agreement, Toshiba's dealers will have the opportunity to purchase the Tigerpaw Business Suite to help improve their operations and also provide them the ability to resell Tigerpaw's entire product line.

This new alliance will also allow Toshiba DSD's dealers the opportunity to increase their effectiveness within their organizations by providing them a real time CRM/ERP solution. The Tigerpaw Business Suite works in conjunction with a TAPI (Telephony API) A programming interface from Microsoft and Intel that is part of Microsoft's WOSA architecture.
