TietoEnator to Handle the Maintenance of Lattelekom's Call Center Services.

, have signed an agreement for the maintenance of Lattelekom's Call Center system. According to the agreement, TietoEnator will maintain, provide practical support and advice, as well as take care of the services' reliability and future development both in terms of the Genesys products and the software customized for Lattelekom.

The scope of the agreement includes both the Call Center's incoming and outgoing calls, with the latter referring to telemarketing calls, such as calls related to the sale of services and billing. The Call Center services are offered 24 hour-a-day.

The fourth Call Center located in Riga will be connected to the common platform in the near future. All in all, Lattelekom's Call Center service is currently available to over 740,000

Lattelekom customers and other subscriber line users. Calls to Lattelekom Call Center can also be made from payphones, the networks of other operators and corporate networks, such as Tele 2, LMT LMT left mentotransverse (position of fetus).  and Latvian Railways.

The agreement also marks the official implementation of the Contact Center service, which was initiated in two phases in 1999. TietoEnator has delivered the CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) Combining data with voice systems in order to enhance telephone services. For example, automatic number identification (ANI) allows a caller's records to be retrieved from the database while the call is routed to the appropriate party.  (Computer Telephony Integration Computer Telephony Integration - Computer Telephone Integration ) application for the integration of phones and the information system. Sonera Systems has been responsible for the delivery of the telephone equipment and technology.
