Thresher Industries looks for new Midwestern plant site, opens office for Asian operations.


Thresher Industries, Hanford, Calif., said it is considering site locations in Michigan for casting capacity that would complement its existing 28,000-sq.ft. California metalcasting and alloy alloy (ăl`oi, əloi`) [O. Fr.,=combine], substance with metallic properties that consists of a metal fused with one or more metals or nonmetals.  -making facility.

Earlier this month, Thresher focused on expanding its Asian presence, appointing J.E. Access Ltd., Yokohama, Japan, as its representative office in Japan, and opening a new office in Busan, Korea.
