Three new retailers at 360 Mad Ave.

 (RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation ), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, has leased a total of 14,000 square feet at 360 Madison Ave. to three separate retailers.

The firm completed transactions with Wachovia Bank, Asahiya Books and Mother's Work Inc.

Robert Futterman, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , and Howard Gilbert, senior managing director, with RKF represented the retail component of the building on behalf of KippStawski Management Group. Faith Ryan of KippStawski represented building owner Madison 45, LLC.

Wachovia Bank signed on as the anchor tenant of the retail component, taking 7,000 square feet of space at 360 Madison Ave. for its flagship Midtown mid·town

"Wachovia Bank found the high ceilings and high-tech image of the space particularly appealing and the perfect complement to its Midtown flagship location."

Asahiya Books signed for 4,000 square feet of space at 360 Madison and Mother's Work Inc. leased the remaining 3,000 square feet. Tatsuru Kono of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Asahiya Books, and Jim DeWinter of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented Mother's Work.

RKF's work at 360 Madison was the second new retail construction assignment the firm has spearheaded for KippStawski, the first was at 565 Fifth Ave. Construction on the high-tech retail component of 360 Madison Ave. was completed in December 2002.
