Three more leases closed by not-for-profit team.

The brokerage team of David Lebenstein of Time Equities, Inc., and Arlene Wysong of Sylvan Lawrence Co., Inc., specializing in not-for-profits, has closed two more transactions on behalf of their clients for a total of more than 40,000 square feet of leases signed since February.

Having participated in the much talked about Project Return transaction, involving the construction of an external staircase to join two spaces, on two different floors, in two different buildings, Lebenstein and Wysong are also currently representing more than a dozen other Not-For-Profit clients who have space requirements in excess of 100,000 square feet.

Louise Wise Services, Inc., an adoption and foster care agency, has signed a long-term lease for over 10,000 square feet--one and-a-half floors--at 207-213 East 94th Street. This building, a recently renovated former laundry facility, is one of the few commercial sites in the neighborhood. Glenwood Management Corp., in charge of the renovation and leasing, also occupies space in the building.

Manhattan Borough Development Corporation, Inc., an agency that performs a variety of services to help small businesses get off the ground, has signed a long-term lease for 2,750 square feet at 15 Park Row. This property, which faces City Hall, has also been recently renovated, and its layouts are well-designed for small space users.

Lebenstein and Wysong also represented the Center for Employment Training, Inc. (CET), a California-based Not-For-Profit which provides innovative job and employment training, in their space search and subsequent lease singing for 8,000 square feet at 346 West 17th Street.
