Three lease deals at Gateway.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  recently completed three new lease transactions at Gateway, a 530,000 s/f, Class A office building at One North Lexington Avenue in White Plains.

Goldschmidt & Genovese, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , previously located at 570 Taxter Road in Elmsford, has relocated to approximately 3,780 s/f of space at Gateway. Richard Goldstein, President of Goldstein Associates, represented Goldschmidt & Genovese. Primelook, a marketing communications company, committed to a new 1,586 s/f lease. Primelook was represented by Eric Holdorf of Howard Properties, Ltd..

Intrernet provider, TSV Group, added 2,624 s/f, expnding its space to 4,704 s/f.
