Three firms go long haul at 535 Madison Avenue.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced three long-term lease commitments in Park Tower Group's prestigious office tower at 535 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. Berkshire, represented by CBRE's Clyde Reetz, renewed its 13,819-sq.-ft. lease, comprising the entire 19th floor. Charterhouse, represented by CBRE's David Hollander and Sacha Zarba, is leasing 14,371 s/f of space on the entire 28th floor, and ABG Sundal Collier, represented by WPG's Will Carr, recommitted to 6,207 s/f on part of the 17th floor.

"The fact that these three companies have chosen to extend leases in our property in a very competitive leasing environment is an affirmation of the high level of service we provide our clients at 535 Madison," said Alfred Bradshaw, Executive Vice PreSident of Park Tower Group.

"Our responsiveness to our clients' needs on a daily basis is what has helped attract quality tenants and makes them want to remain in this property."

Park Tower Group developed and manages the 37-story office tower.
