Three deals at 150 E52nd.

The Young Women's Leadership Foundation, The Oxbridge Group, and Livorno Properties have signed new leases at 150 East 52nd Street, a Class A Plaza District building, PBS Realty Advisors, LLC announced.

PBS Realty was recently appointed the exclusive leasing agent for 150 East 52nd Street, a 35-story, 300,000 s/f property. John Brod, Howard Hersch and Robert Neborak of PBS Realty represented the building owner, Princeton International Properties, in the transactions.

"We were pleased to conduct all three lease transactions at 150 East 52nd Street for our client Princeton International Properties, in one of the few buildings in the Plaza District with an available flow of pre-built and full floor space coming onto the market," stated John Brod, Principal, PBS Realty.

The Young Women's Leadership Foundation has signed a lease for 2,868 s/f at 150 East 52nd Street. The not-for-profit foundation founded by Ann and Andrew Tisch is relocating its headquarters from nearby 655 Madison Avenue.

The asking rent for the Tower Floor space at 150 East 52nd Street was $70 per square foot. Alan Grossman of ARG Realty Consultants and PBS Realty co-represented YWL Foundation in the transaction.

The Oxbridge Group, an executive search firm, has renewed its existing lease for 2.837 s/f for its company headquarters. The asking price was $65 per square foot. David Itzkowitz represented The Oxbridge Group in the transaction.

Livorno Properties, a real estate investment firm, has signed a lease for a pre-built unit afor its company headquarters. Charles Glatter of Halstead Property represented the tenant Livorno Properties in the transaction.
