Three arrested in home robbery case.Byline: Rebecca Nolan The Register-Guard Eugene police have arrested three men in connection with a violent home-invasion robbery that sent a man to the hospital last week. Officers responding to last Tuesday's robbery in the 2200 block of Willona Drive in north Eugene fatally shot a dog that lunged at them, and they fired at one of two armed men who mistook them for the original robbers. No one was injured by the gunfire. Detectives from the violent crimes unit launched an investigation that resulted in the arrest of three men over the weekend.
