Three EBI Companies top executive appointments announced.


FARMINGTON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1996--Orion Capital Companies today announced the promotion of three senior executives at EBI See electron beam imaging.  Companies, Orion's workers compensation specialist operation.

Raymond W. Jacobsen has been named to the newly-created position of chairman, Jon H. Gice has been promoted to president and Ralph M. Herrmann has been named senior vice president.

Jacobsen, 43, has been president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

 of EBI Companies since June 1993, having served as the unit's chief operating officer since December 1992. Gice, 45, is executive vice president of EBI, a position he has held since December 1994, and Herrmann, 36, has been vice president of EBI's Field Services unit since 1990.

Jacobsen joined EBI Companies in Milwaukee, Wisc. in 1982 and held various loss prevention and management positions before becoming executive vice president of EBI in 1991.
