Three Companies Win Awards at CompTIA Solution Provider Conference.


OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. -- Three companies that have demonstrated creativity, innovation and leadership in the Canadian information technology (IT) industry have been recognized for their efforts by the Computing Technology Industry Association See CompTIA.  (CompTIA).

Awards were presented to Brother International Corporation (Canada) Ltd., Interwork Technologies and Safend at the recent CompTIA Solution Provider Conference, an annual event geared specifically to the IT channel in Canada. The invitation-only event, held in Ottawa, attracted senior level executives from the top system integrators See systems integrator. , value added resellers See VAR.

Brother International, part of a worldwide network of companies that markets a range of business machines and home appliances, received two awards at the CompTIA Solution Provider Conference: best presentation and best channel strategy. Key products from Brother include printers, fax multifunction, labeling, and document finishing work group solutions

Interwork Technologies, a leading value-added distributor of business IP security and communications solutions, received the best of show award.
