MORRISTOWN, N.J. -- Three New Jersey-based companies, CSSC, Inc., integrated Pharma Technologies (iPT), and Q Logistics, Inc., have consolidated under a holding company, Q Pharma, Inc. Together, the three companies provide a wide spectrum of regulatory and quality solutions to the life science industry.

CSSC, Inc., founded in 1994, provides full-service regulatory compliance services and consulting in the areas of validation, auditing, training, quality systems, Part 11, and project management. iPT, founded in 2000, provides compliance solutions that assist the industry in meeting the challenges of achieving and maintaining compliance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act

In conjunction with the consolidation, the company also announced several key personnel changes:

Raymond A. Roggero has been named President of both iPT and Q Logistics, with responsibility for day-to-day operations of both divisions. Ray has been involved with regulatory compliance and validation in the pharmaceutical industry since 1991, and is recognized within the industry as an expert in computer systems validation and PDMA compliance.

Robert C. Lorence has been promoted from Regional Director to Managing Director of Operations for CSSC, Inc. Rob will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of CSSC. Rob has more than 13 years of pharmaceutical industry experience across all facets of the pharmaceutical enterprise.

Bruce Fieggen has been named Vice President of Project Management and Training for all of the Q Pharma companies. Formerly Director of Project Management for CSSC, Bruce is a certified Project Management Professional CPMP, Certified Project Management Professional, is a certification created by NPMA (National Project Management Association) in Taiwan, R.O.C.
