Thornton Tomasetti will occupy 5,000 square feet on the entire fourth floor of One Audubon Street in a transaction arranged by David Hansen and Tim Feagan of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  in New Haven.

The company will relocate its 25 professionals and staff from Trumbull on April 1. The New Haven office is one of 12 Thornton Tomasetti offices in the U.S.
