--A leading management consulting and professional services organization, with one of the largest Microsoft-based IT operations globally, successfully deployed Xellerate Identity Manager to provide self-service password reset, synchronize identities and account information for more than 140,000 users located in 48 different countries. The company realized a 62 percent reduction in Help Desk calls after it rolled out its self-service password-reset and token lifecycle management solutions

--The financial arm of a global automotive firm successfully rolled out Xellerate Identity Manager to its 4,000 employees in May 2005. Within the first two weeks of the solution being in production, it resolved more than 90 percent of the orphan accounts and privileges within select critical business systems like IBM RACF, Siebel CRM and Microsoft Active Directory
