Thomson Financial (New York) has acquired eXimius NV, a front-end and mid-office investment software product that combines portfolio management and customer relationship management, from Business Architects International (BAI; Mechelen, Belgium). No terms were given. Thomson said the deal builds on its existing partnership with BAI and allows for the integration of Thomson Financial's wealth management and investment management capabilities, and gives Thomson the ability to offer a suite of front office solutions for private banking and wealth management professionals.
