 G. Oakley has joined the Chicago-based Mascon as Managing Partner and has been elected to the Board of Directors. Oakley brings significant experience in the Asian markets and will open the company's regional headquarters in Singapore.

Mr. Oakley joined Tenneco in 1988 at the Lake Forest, IL based Automotive Division and before opening the corporate office in Asia for the parent company, held the position of Vice President, Strategy and Asian Operations.

Oakley began his career at The Quaker Oats Company in 1979 as a research analyst and was Director, Market Research, Beverages Group before joining Tenneco.
