Thomas Flexner Named Head of Bear Stearns Financial Buyers Group.

Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. announced today that Thomas Flexner, senior managing director, has been appointed head of the Financial Buyers Group in the firm's Investment Banking Division. Mr. Flexner will continue to oversee the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging (REGAL) Group.
