This antiblock actually makes films clearer.

In May, we reported on a new antiblock for PE films that causes less haze than conventional antiblocks. Now, the same supplier has come out with the first antiblock that reportedly leaves LLDPE LLDPE Linear Low Density Polyethylene  film clearer than the same resin without antiblock. New concentrate 102286 from Ampacet Corp., Tarrytown, N.Y., contains a synergistic synergistic /syn·er·gis·tic/ (sin?er-jis´tik)
1. acting together.

2. enhancing the effect of another force or agent.

mix of a proprietary mineral antiblock, clarifier, and amide slip agent. This masterbatch makes film up to 65% clearer than the base polymer and improves gloss by up to 50%, Ampacet claims. The antiblock particles also have low porosity porosity /po·ros·i·ty/ (por-os´it-e) the condition of being porous; a pore.

In addition to these benefits, product 102286 raises LLDPE crystallization Crystallization
