Third Century Bancorp Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend.

FRANKLIN, Ind. -- Third Century Bancorp (OTCBB:TDCB), an Indiana corporation and parent company of Mutual Savings Bank announced today that on August 23, 2006 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 payable to shareholders of record on September 22, 2006. The dividend will be paid on October 2, 2006.
