Thinking Tools, Inc. Launches New Enterprise Group.

Thinking Tools, Inc. (OTC PK:TSIM), a provider of integrated security solutions incorporating a complete line of video surveillance, access control and detection systems to the fast-growing homeland security, professional, business-to-business and retail market segments, today announced that it has formed GVI Enterprise Solutions Group, a new division of GVI Security, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Thinking Tools, Inc., whose target market is the Fortune 1000 companies and government institutions. Thinking Tools, Inc. has announced its intention to change the name of the company to GVI Security Solutions, Inc. subject to shareholder approval.

John Carter, Executive Vice President, has more than 20 years of experience in the high-technology security sector. Most recently, Mr. Carter was Sr. Vice President of Government Business at Isotag Technology, Inc., a leading global developer of product authentication technologies. Previously, he was a Vice President of Business Development at Ultrak, a closed-circuit television manufacturer, which is now part of Honeywell International, Inc. (NYSE:HON). Mr. Carter is a Vice President of the Security Industry Association's (SIA) Executive Council, the Chairman of the SIA's Government Sales & Marketing Advisory Group, and a member of the SIA's Homeland Security Advisory Group.

Rob Hile, Vice President of Government Affairs, works directly with the United States federal government implementing projects worldwide. Previously, Mr. Hile worked at TAC - Americas, a provider of integrated systems for building automation, where he played an integral role in sales and marketing, working with numerous high-profile government institutions, including the General Services Administration, U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines and the Department of Energy.

George Rodriguez, Vice President of Security and Law Enforcement Relations, has an extensive background in strategic security for U.S. government agencies. Prior to joining GVI, Mr. Rodriguez was the Director of Cargo Security for the Transportation and Safety Administration. Mr. Rodriguez has also worked for the U.S. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agency as Program Manager for its International Traffic in Arms program, and as Deputy Associate Director for all ATF Field Operations. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez has private sector experience, including serving as the Security Director for Yellow Freight Corporation.

Henry (Buddy) R. Varney, Director of Project Engineering, has extensive security industry experience in project estimating, management, scheduling and negotiation. He has served as project manager of access control and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems in detention facilities, art museums, and various multistory buildings. Mr. Varney holds several licenses, including Master Electrical licenses, the NICET Level II Fire Technicians License, the State of Texas Fire Planner License, and the State of Texas Electronic Security Branch Manager License.

Ron Deberry, Chief Technology Officer, has years of experience designing biometric security systems for the U.S. government. He served as Director of Engineering Technology of the Biometric Corporation, where he developed a web portal and diagnostic software for a voice biometric verification and prison inmate tracking system. Previously, he was Senior Design Engineer with BAE Systems (OTC:BAESY.PK).
