Davis also served as the firm's group practice leader for the central U.S., assisting with staff recruiting and administration activities, resource placement and career mentoring.

Prior to joining KPMG, Davis was an ERP practice director for Oracle Corporation (Nasdaq:ORCL ORCL Oracle (stock symbol) ), directing 18 consultants in a team similar in design to ThinkSpark's practice. Her group focused heavily on the financial, manufacturing and human resource sectors, as well as on custom development activities required by selected practice clients. While at Oracle, Davis was named the company's General Business Project Manager of the Year for 1999.

Davis also worked as a senior consulting manager for Melson Technologies Inc., a Dallas-based management consulting and systems integration firm focused on serving the real estate industry. At Melson, Davis managed and coordinated consulting engagements, providing software integration services, process analysis and technological solutions to the firm's client base of financial and real estate clients. She also has held several other positions in real estate and accounting-related industries.
