ThinkSpark Names Davis to Head Enterprise Solutions Group.

Experienced consultant brings more than 20 years of business and

technology experience to information services organization

ThinkSpark, an information systems integrator and business solutions provider, today announced Lynn R. Davis as the company's new Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) practice manager.

In her new position, Davis is responsible for oversight of the group's project delivery, consultant care and sales support activities. She works with the leadership of ThinkSpark's regional offices on a wide range of service delivery areas, including the critical processes of enterprise project planning and ongoing project management. Davis also teams with group sales personnel on pursuit of new business opportunities for the ESG organization.

ThinkSpark's Enterprise Solutions Group serves as a global service delivery organization for packaged and customized enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, such as Financials, Project Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and Manufacturing. ESG provides functional consultants that have in-depth experience in these specific applications. The group works with technical consultants from ThinkSpark's local practices to implement and customize each client's solution.

Most recently, Davis was a senior manager in the National Financial Services practice at KPMG Consulting (Nasdaq:KCIN) in Irving, Texas, where she was responsible for nationwide client sales and marketing, client communications and relationship management, and delivery of electronic business strategy to real estate and hospitality companies. Davis also served as the firm's group practice leader for the central U.S., assisting with staff recruiting and administration activities, resource placement and career mentoring.

Prior to joining KPMG, Davis was an ERP practice director for Oracle Corporation (Nasdaq:ORCL), directing 18 consultants in a team similar in design to ThinkSpark's practice. Her group focused heavily on the financial, manufacturing and human resource sectors, as well as on custom development activities required by selected practice clients. While at Oracle, Davis was named the company's General Business Project Manager of the Year for 1999.

Davis also worked as a senior consulting manager for Melson Technologies Inc., a Dallas-based management consulting and systems integration firm focused on serving the real estate industry. At Melson, Davis managed and coordinated consulting engagements, providing software integration services, process analysis and technological solutions to the firm's client base of financial and real estate clients. She also has held several other positions in real estate and accounting-related industries.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, Davis earned both Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Education degrees, is a certified public accountant in the State of Texas and holds a Texas State Teaching Certificate. She is a certified Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) instructor and serves on Oracle's National Field Advisory Board for the company's Property Manager product. Davis is a member of national, state and local professional organizations for CPAs, and belongs to the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). She also is listed in Who's Who of American Women 1997-1998.
