Thin Multimedia Showcases thinIPTV, a Mobile IPTV Service Platform, at 3GSM.

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Thin Multimedia, Inc. (TMI), (www.thinmultimedia.com), the leading mobile multimedia solutions provider announced today that it will showcase a new set of mobile solutions -- thinIPTV, thinDVB-H, and thinH/W IP-- at 3GSM World Congress 2007, in Barcelona, Spain.

thinIPTV, a mobile IPTV service platform, enables personal mobile devices to play various multimedia channel content such as movies, music, infomercials, and user generated content (UGC). It allows content providers to exchange information with users in real time. Its features include the display of local broadcasting schedule and detailed program information, recording of the programs, and 3D UGC. thinIPTV is a service platform that allows users to enjoy content they want and when they want it; it even lets users shop for related products in real time. Our service platform is in commercial service in partnership with the KT Corporation in Korea.

thinDVB-H, a software middleware solution for mobile television, enables the receipt of local DVB-H live signals which is the European standard for mobile broadcasting. At the TMI booth, we will broadcast live content from local European broadcasting signals to a mobile device. Our solution, includes: FLUTE, ESG, multimedia codecs and A/V player.

TMI will also showcase multi-codec H/W IP products. The multi-codec H/W IP reduces the design time and improves the performance of the multimedia chips for mobile devices. Genesis II integrates H.264 decoder and VC-1 decoder at an optimal efficiency. Exodus integrates H.263, H.264, MPEG-4 codec and VC-1 decoder. These products consume low power and have high stability in performance.

At 3GSM World Congress 2007, TMI will showcase at booth 2C115 in Hall 2.
