Thermoplastic vulcanizates. (Materials).

Fully colorable False; counterfeit; something that is false but has the appearance of truth.  NexPrene 1300 Series thermoplastic vulcanizates have been certified to meet ANSI/NSF Standard Class 61 for potable drinking water contact materials/fluid delivery systems. End use applications include fittings, piping and appurtenances APPURTENANCES. In common parlance and legal acceptation, is used to signify something belonging to another thing as principal, and which passes as incident to the principal thing. 10 Peters, R. 25; Angell, Wat. C. 43; 1 Serg. & Rawle, 169; 5 S. & R. 110; 5 S. & R. 107; Cro. Jac. . The approved water contact temperature is Commercial Hot (82[degrees]C or 180[degrees]F). With this NSF certification, the NexPrene grades are said to be suitable for use around the world in products such as seals, diaphragms, tubes, gaskets, o-rings, flanges, piping and other components where the materials are used in potable water applications or fluid delivery systems. The NexPrene product line, fully crosslinked EPDM/PP compounds, are designed to replace thermoset A polymer-based liquid or powder that becomes solid when heated, placed under pressure, treated with a chemical or via radiation. The curing process creates a chemical bond that, unlike a thermoplastic, prevents the material from being remelted. See thermoplastic.  elastomers such as EPDM EPDM Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer

, conventional thermoplastic rubber and polychloroprene. Advantages over other materials are said to include lower cost processing, reduced cycle times and less scrap and trim, according to the company. NexPrene TPVs are said to have excellent compression set, are resistant to oil and heat as compared to vulcanized vul·ca·nize
