STAX Inc. (OTCBB: SATX) is the creator of the first and only DebitFone, which is a prepaid cellular phone system, available for purchase through vending machines. It is fully activated and configured with 30 minutes of airtime, right out of the vending machine.

The company recently received an $8,000,000.00+ contract for vending machines and their cellular phones. Instead of hanging themselves with the rope like we see to often on the OTC, the company ran with it. They are currently placing the machines in ideal locations. The company is expected to obtain some agreements with some large chain companies for placement of the machines.

The stock has been down due to lack of fundamentals and profit taking after the .40 - 2.50 run. Volume is starting to pick up after the bounce off the support level of .80. CRG feels that the stock is poised for movement in the short term exceeding the previous trading high.

CRG feels the stock is a great buy, currently trading at around the .80 - .90 range. CRG plans to do an intense public relations campaign to alert new, experienced investors of this opportunity. CRG feels that the stock could be trading at the 2.00+ range in the short term.
