As part of the alliance, the companies plan to bridge Portal Infranet with Siebel eCommunications 2000. When complete, the combined offering will enable a comprehensive eBusiness and billing solution to help communications service providers improve customer satisfaction through real-time customer billing account management.

Developing strong alliances has become a critical part of maintaining a competitive advantage in the continually evolving communications market. Portal is confident that its alliance with Siebel Systems will keep the Company in step with the long-term needs of its customers. Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation (OTCBB:AVBC) recently announced that it has received authorization for placement of its Hydrator line within the next 30 days in 321 Albertson's stores located throughout southern California and Nevada. This latest regional placement, complementing product availability through Albertson's in Texas And Oklahoma, is consistent with Aqua Vie's intensified focus on chain store positioning.

It is the first of several regional placements anticipated within the next 45 days aimed at establishing Aqua Vie as a notable market presence throughout the entire state of California, North America's number one market for bottled water and new age beverages. The company looks forward to unifying its market presence throughout the state's nearly 2000 chain store units during the remainder of the quarter. AVBC stock appropriately popped 17 percent on the news, to $0.135 on volume of 852,400, and should continue to climb as the company executes on its intense store positioning campaign.

Go Online Networks Corp., (OTCBB:GONT), a Buena Park technology holding company, consisting of Digital West Marketing (a computer service firm) and three operating divisions, Go Online Kiosk Division, Shop Go Online, and the Business-to-Business subsidiary, GoOnline.com, reported preliminary revenue figures for fiscal year 2000 of $1.39 million. This represents a 1500 percent increase from the previous year's revenue numbers. The third and fourth quarters of 2000 are projected to account for over $1 million of that total, primarily as a result of the October 1, 2000 acquisition and closing of Digital West Marketing Services.

The company anticipates announcing revenue projections for 2001 in the near future, saying its sales have been extremely strong for the first six weeks of 2001 as Digital West expands its supplier and customer fronts. Additional expansion of the Company's network is under negotiations on numerous fronts. These areas of growth include growing the core personal computer and laptop business as well as adding a new refurbishing technology in PDA's and digital cameras. Quokka Sports, Inc., (Nasdaq:QKKA), a leading provider of sports entertainment for the digital world recently announced it has completed a reduction and restructuring of its $77.4 million of convertible notes issued in September 2000. The Company has successfully restructured the noted to significantly reduce and improve the terms of its debt and limit the dilution of its common stock. Through the restructuring and recent conversions of notes into common stock, the total amount of notes outstanding, including interest, has been reduced to $52.1 million.

The debt restructuring is in line with last week's announcement of a major restructuring plan to realign the Company to maximize its core capabilities with profitable business opportunities. Also, Quokka announced they have entered into a multi-year agreement with MLB Advanced Media L.P., the interactive media company of Major League Baseball, to provide an official live-scoring technology platform. Quokka Sports will also provide technology solutions for real-time coverage of every MLB.com game using its TotalCast technology. QKKA shares are trading in the $0.188 range, and constitute an attractive investment as the Company executes on its restructuring plan.
