The findings for the Study, conducted in the Fall of 2006, are derived from hour-long interviews with 91 members of TheInfoPro's TIPNetwork of pre-screened IT professionals from Fortune 1000 and Midsize enterprises that provide expert commentary for TIP's Studies.
