The whole package: opportunity, stewardship, diversity.[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Opportunity, stewardship and diversity attracted recent graduates to CHS. "After graduating, my friends in agriculture business recommended CHS as a very promising company," says Oleksandr Bayuk, a Ukraine native who moved to the U.S. to pursue a Masters in Business Administration degree. Domestic and global employment attracted Bayuk to CHS. "CHS is still hiring qualified, dynamic people; that is a positive sign," says Bayuk. While at CHS, Bayuk is working on both his English fluency and marketing knowledge. "I came here with zero experience in trading, but the people at CHS gave me many hands-on experiences to help me pick up the business and culture as fast as possible." Alayna Marks was drawn to CHS because of the company's commitment to stewardship and education. Marks says, "The stewardship value CHS promotes really does work to cultivate its image. Here, we look out for the best interests of the customer and of our communities, not just the company." Marks was an active philanthropist at Iowa State University before her 2008 graduation. She continued her volunteer involvement by assisting with the CHS-sponsored corporate food drive during her first months of employment. Marks is now pursuing a Series 3 Brokers License in futures and commodities. "CHS provides me opportunities to continue my education and get the licensing that will benefit my career," she says. Being raised on a North Dakota wheat, sunflower, corn and barley crop farm prepared Kevin Buxa well for his role marketing specialty crops at CHS. Buxa says, "At CHS, we do business domestically and globally; that is an opportunity not available everywhere." Buxa gained exposure to CHS as a grain-marketing intern prior to his 2009 graduation from North Dakota State University. "CHS has the whole package and is a company that values my interests and the job I want to do," says Buxa. "I like the career choices CHS provides, whether it be in grain marketing, crop nutrients or business consulting." As a Fortune 200 company, CHS offers a variety of diverse careers across all aspects of agriculture and business. "Because CHS is based in agriculture, there is always job opportunity, stability and potential for growth," Buxa says. ABOUT CHS INC.
