Born in Pueblo, Colorado, he received his B.A. from Stanford University in 1934. Afterwards he worked for the General Electric Company in Schenectady, New York. Excellence in Acquisition Award Nominations [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] As in previous years, I am soliciting your nominations for the annual David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award. This award recognizes organizations, groups, and teams that have demonstrated exemplary innovation and best acquisition practices. Each Military Department and the Defense Logistics Agency Noun 1.
