The rise and the fall, #3.

Two issues of this killer San Pedro 'zine worked themselves into my mailbox. Although the skating content has gone down, this is still one of the most worthy 'zines I get because of its ultra-clean layout, interesting articles, hometown history, and killer attention to aesthetics. There's interviews with Vadge Moore (of the Dwarves), Mike Brinson (who roadied for Social D and Youth Brigade during the filming of "Another State of Mind"), The Red Onions, Mike Watt, and Big Bob Clark. It's also got record, DVD, and gig reviews. A killer read. Send a couple bucks to: PO Box 1794, San Pedro, CA 90733
