A tenant whose son was serving in Iraq was told he couldn't fly an
American flag from the back of his motorcycle. A different tenant,
inquiring the reason for the ban, was told: "Someone might be
offended." Whereas, of course, nobody could be offended by an
insult to Old Glory. After much negative commentary and some protests,
the building's management rescinded the ban.
