Continuing to embrace world music in his ballets, Alonzo Alonzo is the name of:

Alonzo C. Babers (b. 1961), a U.S. athlete.
Alonzo Bodden, a U.S. comedian.
Alonzo Church (1903–1995), a U.S. mathematician.
Alonzo Clemons, a U.S. autistic savant clay sculptor.

King has invited Hindustani vocalist Rita Sahai to collaborate on another new work for LINES Ballet. King and Sahai's previous work, Sacred Text, garnered an Izzie Award for music. Sahai, who was born in Allahabad, India, says the new composition was inspired by King's choreography choreography
