The happy farmer?


Self-employed people are happy people, according to a recent study conducted in Finland. They are satisfied with their level of productivity, their quality of life, and their health. The exception? Farmers. Researchers note that happiness in work comes from having both control and support in our working lives. Farmers, they say, need more social and emotional support in their working lives.
