It adheres to an invisible image that has been charged with the opposite polarity onto a plate or drum or onto the paper itself.  cartridge recycling competition in cooperationg with Animal Planet's Jeff Corwin Jeffrey Samuel Corwin (born July 11, 1967 in Norwell, Massachusetts), better known as Jeff Corwin, is the host and executive producer of The Jeff Corwin Experience and Corwin's Quest .

In Staples' $25,000 Cartridge Chase, students collect empty ink and toner cartridges through March 1, 2006. Teams receive $3 per cartridge collected, with the winning team collecting $25,000 on Earth Day 2006.

Teachers can register their teams at www.staplesrecyclefored.com. Staples will send each team a welcome kit that includes flyers announcing the competition, prepaid pre·pay

Animal Planet's Jeff Corwin, host of Animal Planet's "Corwin's Quest Corwin's Quest is an American television program about animals airing on Animal Planet. It is similar to The Crocodile Hunter. It is hosted by actor and conservationist Jeff Corwin from The Jeff Corwin Experience. " and author of Living on the Edge helped to launch the Staples $25,000 Cartridge Chase.
